Registering in the iGolden system and using its services means full acceptance of the following rules and regulations

The user is solely responsible for the profits and losses resulting from the transactions, and it is not possible to cancel the transaction.Eyegolden is able to report all suspected cases of system abuse (such as phishing and money laundering) to judicial authorities to be prosecuted.
Official notification of the death or disappearance of the user account owner causes the account to be closed, and after going through legal procedures, the user’s account assets are returned to the heirs or legal representative. (It is mandatory to present the certificate of “inheritance restriction”.)
In the event of unforeseen events or any force majeure (such as nationwide internet outages, floods, earthquakes, etc.), Eyegolden’s activity may be temporarily suspended; After the situation returns to normal, IGolden’s services and obligations remain as before

Registration and authentication rules and regulations

The user undertakes to enter his accurate identity information according to the official documents when completing the registration process.
In basic authentication, it is not necessary to upload the image of identity documents; But if there is a problem in the authentication and confirmation process, it may be necessary to upload the image of the identity documents.
After completing the profile and confirming the user’s authentication by Eyegolden, it is not possible to change or delete the identity information (name, national code, date of birth, mobile phone, received identity documents, etc.).
The user is not allowed to share the password and one-time password under any circumstances, and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and one-time password. IGolden support team will never ask you for a password.
If the password or one-time password is disclosed by the user, IGolden is not legally responsible and the user is required to notify IGolden through support as soon as possible.
The user should not use the identity information of another person to register in the iGolden system.
The user is required to inform iGolden of any unauthorized use of his password or identity information.
Any assignment of user account to another person, such as renting user account, is prohibited and if there is enough evidence, it is possible to block the user account until the issue is confirmed and clarified.
The user undertakes not to use his user account for purposes and activities contrary to national and international laws and regulations and contained in this agreement. These are:
Disappearance of the subject of the crime
Financial and non-financial crimes including but not limited to fraud
money laundering
Betting
It is forbidden to receive online game prizes
Smuggling currency and goods
Provision of prohibited services
Provision of rental account
Networking
Pyramid companies
And… .
Each user is only allowed to create a user account with a phone number registered in his name.
Completing the registration information and confirming the authentication by IGolden is necessary to register the operation of depositing money, buying and selling gold, rial settlement, receiving and paying physical gold, etc.
Rules and regulations of buying and selling gold
The trading hours of melted gold in IGolden and its trading limit are as follows:

Trading ceiling of trading hours

In the special conditions of the Tehran gold market, trading hours or limits may change.
If transactions are closed in the Tehran gold market due to some extreme fluctuations in the price of gold, the transactions in IGolden may also be closed.
It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase and sale after the final approval of the user.
Transactions in the IGolden system are only in cash, and transactions of molten gold are not done tomorrow, Saturday, or paper in IGolden.
Rules for depositing and receiving money
All payments to iGolden’s account (from payment gateway methods, bank payment forms and fixed deposit) must be made from the bank account belonging to the authenticated user.
Any withdrawal of money in any way (paya paya transfer, bridge, etc.) is possible only to the bank account belonging to the authenticated user.
It is possible to increase the balance through the bank portal 24 hours a day.
The riyal amount resulting from the sale of gold is instantly added to the user’s riyal account in IGolden. To withdraw the amount, it is necessary for the user to register a “Rial settlement request” so that the amount is deposited into his bank account.
The payment of the Riyal settlement amount is done on working days and at most after 24 working hours from the registration of the settlement request by reliable bank transfer.
It is not possible to settle the amount of Rials on public holidays and for amounts less than 50,000 Rials.
If the user deposits an amount into his Riyal wallet; But if he doesn’t make a transaction with it in Aigolden, after 72 working hours he can request Riyal settlement and withdraw that amount. In case of transaction and sale, settlement request is possible.

Rules and regulations for receiving gold from iGolden

Currently, it is possible to physically receive gold from iGolden in the center of Tehran provinces.
The physical receipt of gold is done in person by an authenticated user. Presentation of identification documents is required.
If the user requests to receive gold under 30 grams, the gold will be delivered in the form of Persian coins and standard bullion, which has the cost of packaging and vacuum.
On the physical molten gold, the stamp (regiriya code) and the name of the laboratory are engraved. In the invoice of the gold piece, the name of the laboratory, collection code, weight, and carat of melted gold are mentioned.
Before the physical delivery of melted gold along with the invoice to the user, it is the responsibility of iGolden to keep it.
Regulations for delivery of gold to IGolden
The authenticated user can deliver his physical gold to IGolden and charge the equivalent to his golden account in the iGolden system. The weight and grade of the

It is possible to deliver gold to IGolden in the center of Tehran province. It is possible to receive gold physically.
Payment of gold to iGolden is possible only by the authenticated user.
Payment of gold is possible only by presenting a valid invoice for the purchase of the piece.

Privacy

IGolden undertakes to preserve all user information and not provide it to any person or organization.
